I work with adults aged 18+ in the UK.

I offer therapy via telephone or online (Zoom).

The fee for a 50-minute session is £50.

I provide therapy on a weekly basis and sessions can occur on the same day/time each week. Please get in touch to discuss alternative arrangements, as flexible days/times are available, however they are subject to availability.  

I offer short-term and long-term therapy, which can be discussed in an introductory session, regarding your preferences. I will provide regular opportunity to check in and review therapy progress.
